now i am from Nepal . i want to do this , but unfortunately, here is not available pay pal account. so please give me some information about making extra money which payout through western Union Money Transfer or bank transfer system.

Your English language was badly written and it was not easy for me to find answers to your questions. From your questions, I guess you really want to make money from mylot but it appears you do not have paypal account to claim your earnings.
