Friends. Has anyone of you undergone gastroscopy or endoscopy? I am quite worried... My tummy has been bloated for some time and that i get too really gassy. I burp and fart a lot (i am not ashamed of it eewwrrr)... i just felt that it is not normal anymore. I dont vomit though, i dont feel stomach pains either... i am just worried about the gas. The gas doesnt strangle me like GERD though. So, when do you think is the right time to take it? To those of you who have undergone this, what was your reason for taking it so?

I had a gastrocopy and they put the long tubing through my mouth and were able to view the ulcer and size. I actually had this done 3 times. Not fun at all and was nerve wrecking each time. At most very uncomfortable because they are running it down your throat and as for breathing that was out of the question from the mouth. They don't take very long, it actually is more nervy to await their prepping before they start.
It is just very uncomfortable and then my throat was sore for about a week.

There are many causes of tummy gasses, the most common of which tends to be a combination of factors. Specifically eating a toxic diet, one that is high in cultured flour and sugar and also taking medication or antibiotics. The solution is a combination of a temporary diet in which to heal your digestive system, this is primarily done through the use of natural therapies. Once upturned you can experience proper digestive health again. It really isn't all that funny to be the one always farting.
