Kids say the funniest things sometimes as we all know. Like how my little one used to call a sandwhich a swandwich. She is 5 now so she learned to say it right. But the other day she came up to me with a real funny one. She was holding in between her legs and said that the ball hit her in her couch. Luckily she wasn't to hurt, so it was hilarious. I had to explain it's not your "couch" but your crotch. So do you have any funnies to share something that made you laugh from the mouth of a little one?

My son, who is 4, likes to watch the cartoon called Caillou. Now he will actually create scenarios in real life to match what happens on Caillou. He will even script our conversations like this.
"Daddy, I will say 'Lets plant some carrots', and you will say 'OK'"
"Then we will plant some carrots and I will say 'I don't see any carrots'"
"And then you will dig up the carrot and say 'Here is the carrot, under the ground'"
"Okay, Daddy? Can you get the carrot seeds now?"
Needless to say, we have planted carrot seeds and he is eagerly waiting for the time when he can say his lines.

Children can say the things that willreally break us apart and keep us in stitches. Small children are especially skillful at this . you just never know what a child is going to say or what your reaction to what they say will be.

That is adorable! Small children are so much fun while they are still learning words. My kids are all long past the mixed-up words stages but every so often they do make a remark that surprises you.

LOL. that is cute. My daughter used to say "chit no", "sh" sound, all of the time. We used to get on to her for cussing but come to find out, she was trying to tell the dog to sit down, but it came out, chit no. She used to call a screwdriver a skugiber.

Last summer my daughter decided that grasshoppers were bughoppers. It was just so cute. She is always coming up with something that makes me laugh. She is so funny she likes to learn how to say words. She can say chiropractor, pistachio, yellow (she get upset when other kids say lellow), She will be 4 in a couple of weeks and I can't believe how many words this girl knows already.
