Emotional benefit in jobs.

While some are working, others are not... much more are engaged yet do not derive any internal satisfaction...hence thier commitment, efficiency an productivity continually depreciate simultaneously.They go through the process of work without any form of emotional benefit.

Without a passion for the work you're doing you'll never be efficient as you could be doing something you love.
