What do you do if your boss is very fierce....??? I think my boss is very fierce and less close to each employee so that communication between superiors and subordinates become less enjoy.

You could make some jokes with him to make him lighten up a bit.. I think everyoen has a sense of humor, even if it is hiding beneath the surface.. so treat him as a friend. If he plainly doesn't want to be a friend, you could just gang up on him with your coworkers.. tease him for being so fierce.

HI sashakiddo...., I don't dare make a joke to my boss. My fear is considered rude and insolent . I think that harsh measures would not solve the problem but compouding the problem aalone

hi, yes,you're right, a boss have a very fierce and not really close to his/her employee will result to negative because of less communication and interact to his/her employees.i hate that kind of boss.
