Hey awesome MyLotters! So I was getting ready to write an article about what makes a great boss.... had to start this conversation.... I left my job where I loved what I did, gave my all, and had great pay and benefits. Why did I leave? Well my boss was an unpleasable man, nothing was right and when you gave him feedback. positive or negative.... he would shoe you out of his office and the next time the subject came up, your idea suddenly became his.... So I am curious to know.... would you stay where you were unappreciated, talked down to, belittled, lied to, and never knew which personality you were working for that day?
