Fear of failure - How do you define it?

What is failure? It may be our mindset. You do something and don't get the desired result you expected, yu define it as a failure. I think there is no failure at all. It is an only outcome of a cause. We have to see all the things in positive way and learn from them. Then we do not feel failure. What do you think about it?

I agree... It not really a failure when you are learning something from it. Just think about that its a stepping stone to make yourself better. Experience is always a good teacher.

I think that failure is question of perspective. When things don't turn out the way that you expected you can call it a failure, but you could also see it in a different way and say: "This didn't turn out the way that I hoped or expected, but I still learned something, so it hasn't been a failure or a waste of time." When you don't get the desired result, you learn something about the things that don't work and you get experience. Sometimes I have been able to use that experience to help others and encourage them by sharing my own story. I have often been in a situation where things didn't turn out the way that I hoped, but I don't regret trying, because I my learned something from all of my experiences.

fear is an emotion that your heart, your mind, or both can feel. you may feel fear deep inside, or you may just want to think that you are afraid but deep inside you're not. failure is when you did not reach the aim you wanted, or the aim others wanted for you. but there is really no such thing as failure. if you want something and "failed" to get it first that comes to your mind is failure. but if you did not reach what you're aiming for and the think thoroughly you might think of other things rather than this "failure". you might think that there are other reasons why you did not succeed. failure is just in the state of mind.
