Which will you choose?
If you are offered for a promotion in your company but at the same time, an opportunity opened up to work abroad with higher pay?

This wont be easy.. surely I have to list down all the advantages and the disadvantages. Then I have to look at the situation critically, think of the possibilities. Finally weigh it all.
I am married and I have a kid. It will be difficult for me to work abroad. If I can earn here the amount closely to the promising wage of working abroad then I will stay.

Yes, it would definitely be hard if you had a family on your own.
I am single now and I would choose to go abroad to work but at the same time have fun (traveling is one of my passion). But like you, if the pay would be just about the same as I am earning now, I'd rather stay and wait out for a better opportunity.
