I put my own pressures even when my parents think is not necessary. I have goals, I want to reach my goals more than anything. I have kind of different goals than other people could have, so, for my parents is not necessary that pressure and I should go for something easier, like a career in dermatology (because I'm really interested in dermatology, but I'm planning to do this TOO). For me, my future is quite important and I want to be as successful as possible, all that I can, so I'm pushing myself all the time to work harder as I can which is the way can help me to reach my goals. That's a pressure for me, definitely.

Yes I have also tried many things, and the only way to really reduce it is to do the tasks that must be done. working hard is rewarding, so go for it without spending time pushing away the work. the more time you spend worrying, the less time you have to work on the problems.
