diabetes or infection?

every time i accidentally cut my skin or maybe it's punctured somewhere, the wound becomes bigger. most of my wounds also is that, it's so difficult for it to heal even though i apply medications but still not that reactive to those...i live in a place also that is not that dirty or infectious...i am confused...i want to get a medical attention but i can barely find time because im so busy at work...and about the scars they are so dark that's why it makes me think that i am diabetic...what you think guys?
