I agree, and think this is the best thing facebook does for us. That is the reason I still get on facebook. It allows us to keep in contact and stay updated with peoples lives across the world, for free. I like how everyone has profiles and updated information about themselves and their whereabouts along with pictures so you can look at your friends across the world at any convenient time for you, no matter what time it is for you. You don't have to wait for an email response to see how they are doing. I also think skype has helped keep in contact with people around the world and also really helped long distance relationships and made them more successful. I like how you can see someone and feel so close to them and then are in a different season than you and it is free. I don't know what I would do without modern day tehnology :)
