i have to get a new car and can't make up my mind. i keep going back and forth. i have always wanted a suv but never had one, so i would like to get one. I like all the space and how they are higher up on the road. i am not a great driver, so i also like how they are safer. on the other hand, i have always had a small car and like how they are easier to manage and park. i also like how how they are less expensive especially with gas. hmmmm..... what car do you prefer and why?

I like SUV because of the space. I am a tall guy and the space will definitely make me comfortable. And SUV is more stable especially on highway or long distance drive. If i can affort, i will definitely get one SUV but i will still keep my small car because it's easier to park and the petrol efficiency.

I always opt for small car. They are soo much more fuel efficient and are way better for the environment. Also if you are a bad driver if your in a SUV you'll do more damage to someone else on the road.

Although there are many advantages to have a small car, but perhaps I will still prefer to have a bigger car. As we can go out together by car. A small car will be too small for us to sit. And perhaps a bigger car is safer, especially when you are driving in a highway. It is much more stable than the small car. I love China

I owned an Hyundai Elantra sedan. It drove well and gas milage was excellent. Then I had two teen age sons so we traded for the smaller of the two SUV's through Hyundai. the Tucson. I wanted to have a good vehicle but wanted a 4cylinder although they do make a V6 for it too. I got the 4cylindar and have had it for 4 years. We are looking into purchasing a new one when the 2012 come out. Hyundai is offering a new program for purchasing one of their cars. I went to Nissan and thought about getting a little sedan but man it felt really low after driving up higher for this many years. I have back problems and its easier to go up into a car than bending over to get into the car. Nissan has a Rogue SUV type and I was looking at it and found out all of them are 4 cylindars. Make sure you look at all dealerships you may find the best one for you with good gas milage for a good size car. I average 350 to 400miles on a tank of gas. It averages 35 to 38mph Good luck on your purchase.

i prefer larger cars/suv as it can carry more ppl/stuffs. As everytime i need to carry alot of my children's stuffs, such as stroller, bouncer etc, a small car might not be good enough for me. Anyway, it always depends on your situation. If you are mainly traveling alone or do not carry much things, then a small car might suite you well enough. If i have the money, i will go for hybrid cars as they are more economical when it comes to fuel and oil price is going up like no body's business.

I'd better choose suv because it can bring many of my friend or my family. you may think it can be hard because you used to use small car, but after months you try, you'll be comfort and enjoy it

Only get as much vehicle as you need. That's what I was told when I went and did a dealership sales course. We were told not to sell a person more car than they needed. Determine what you're going to use your vehicle for. If you have a family, then you need a large vehicle. If you don't have a family and don't do a lot of traveling, then a small car makes sense. If you're worried about the cost of fuel, research vehicles. There are many out there that give you excellent mileage and they're not even hybrids. But if you want to save gas and help keep the environment clean, then get a hybrid. There are quite a few good ones out there. You can buy a Ford Escape, this would fulfill your desire to have an SUV, and since you can get a hybrid version, 2005 or newer models, you can save on gas. There are hybrid cars if you want to continue with a small car, but they come with higher price tags, almost as high as the hybrid SUV. Seems like a lot to think about.

I like SUV too. In fact, I bought an SUV recently, and I am very happy with it. It is perfect for driving around in the city as well as going out-of-town along the highways. It is certainly much better than a small car when driving in the winter time when there can be snow and ice on the roads.
