Need Help Identifying A Movie

Okay, my sister asked me about a movie (she wants the title) and I can't figure it out! she said it is on a plane (or possibly an airport) and "they" are unveiling some new, big plane.
There is someone in the airport/on the airplane that is trying to blow it up.
She said in the end somehow the good guy got the bomb "clipped" onto the bad guys belt or something, and the bad guy ends up blowing himself up.
Any ideas?? I know, she didn't give me many details! lol

You rotter this has bugged me for the last couple of hours because I could picture the scene but couldn't picture the face of the main actor the hero. But after some racking of my brain I am sure this is the scene in "Casino Royale" with Daniel Craig and here is a youtube clip of the scene to check out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDVlkjiQIko

My sister said that's it!!! Thank you very much for your help, no wonder I didn't know what she was talking about! Haha. The movie doesn't really have anything to do with a plane!!
Thanks!

yes..because in that scene in Casino royale..the bad wanna blow the newly launched Airbus A380.. but janes bond manage to stop it..and it was just a small part of the movie..the entire movie is about something else(about stopping a casino that handles money to subsidize arms dealing)..so that why we are confuse at first..thought its a movie solely in the airport or on a Plane.
enjoy .. and pls do ask some more..its kinda fun to seek.

Have your sister seen at least few scenes from the movie she's seeking?
i think the movie she's looking for is FLIGHT PLAN ..ask her to go to youtube to see the trailer or some clips from that movie..if that is the one she's been looking for.

The two movies that came to mind from your description were Executive Decision with Kurt Russell and Air Force One with Harrison Ford but I can't remember exactly how either one ended.
Another airplane movie involving a bomb include the original "Airport" movie but it wasn't a special plane, just a regular airliner and the bomber blew himself up in the bathroom.
"Mayday" was an airplane disaster movie but it got hit by a missile and not a bomb.
I can't really think of one that has the exact scenario you are talking about though.

I just saw this on cable!
It's definitely Casino Royale. A James Bond film with Daniel Craig.
And yes, they were unveiling the biggest new airplane at an airport in Miami (I think). I've seen the new Boeing 787 planes and this one in the movie didn't look as big.

Yeah I was kind of surprised that it was a movie that wasn't really about a plane, because my sister sure made it sound like it was! lol

Is that a comedy or action, or what genre? There are tons of movies that have planes and bombs.. The only thing that came to my mind about this was "Flight Plan" (really big plane) though- the protagonist was Jodie Foster and the bad guy was Peter Sarsgaard- he's cute.. And Jodie managed to blow the bad guy up..

Everything I told you is what she told me. Lol. She couldn't add to it. I said Flight Plan too but she said no to that.
Yes, Peter Sarsgaard is cute!! I haven't seen Flight Plan in a long time, I need to watch it again! lol

I didn't know he's gay!!!! o.O that is too bad! lol
He's not a bad guy in ALL his movies!!! He's not a bad guy in Orphan. I don't think he's bad in The Man In The Iron Mask either....if you want to see him as nonbad guys, there you go! lol

I would be happy to help you figure this movie title out but I don't have enough details.
First whats the name of the actress or actor in the film? if I knew that maybe the title would come to me
Ok in case you don't know the name of the actors here's a list of airport/airplane films Con Air
Passenger 57 there was a lot of action in that film
Snakes On A Plane I know that couldn't be it because you said that it was about somthing else
Um..there's a film called Executive Decision its also about people on a plane, that all I can think of at the moment without an actors name to help me and more story plot details.

There are a lot of films about bombs (or other devices, monster, animals, doomsday events) on planes... so a bit more detail would be good.
For example: Was it a new movie or fairly old? Anyone famous in it that she can remember? How was the plane they were unveiling important (huge, military, spaceship, super-fast)? Was the bomb the core of the story or was it just a side-story with something else centre-stage (like in the new Resident Evil, where the bad guy ends up on a plane with a bomb)?
Memorable scenes can also help, since they're often memorable for other viewers, too.

Sounds like air-plane, with Leslie Nielson to me. Oldie but a goody. Of course the other movies that were mentioned could easily fit the bill as well.
