As i have read an article from a well-know site,it is currently discuss regarding of effective ways in reducing weight w/o having so much trying hard to do it. Let us find below the following tips that somehow easy to follow and can give us encourage to do so..
1. Get a good night sleep
2. Eat breakfast regularly
3. Chew your food well
4. Reduce portion of the food you intake
5. Eat rich protein foods
6. Eat only when you are HUNGRY
7. Eat more fruits and vegetables
8. Choose whole grain foods
9. Avoid eating while watching TV
10. Learn to cook
11. Exercise regularly
12. Be patient - the most good attitude to be imply during this process
