loan is a better one

i think lease is quit risk and if the owner is not good means i wont get that money.so better to you have choose LOan from reputed bank

what I know about loans and leases is that u can get loans for a variety of things and for terms which can be flexible..agreed lease has more favourable terms but u can't get a lease for a education programme..so depending on the purpose u want financing..review the terms properly and if u find it suitable..go and avail it..
