Wrong instructions by the creator of task.

I have had encountered two tasks that after I had accepted and finished, I found out that there was missing in the instructions given.One,after I had followed and completed, I found out that it was not offered in my country and the other one did not indicate that a friend request to the creator must be the first to accomplish because after the task the username for the registration asked to be joined must be submitted to the one who created the task. I would like to impart that the time allotted was wasted and not given a reconsideration. Instead I should had given my attention to other discussions and earn points. I hope this will not happen anymore or creator must be very careful in giving task because it is depressing to find out that it won't work in the end and this will cause others to refrain from accomplishing tasks.
