when you love what you are doing at work, when you have found the perfect people to work with, and when you have found the right path of career you want to take... will you still be looking for a better job, with better opportunity and of course better pay when everything feels perfect already?
what's your stand on this?

When you love what you do it doesn't feel like "work". we all want to be able to love what we do and make a living. I say as long as you can make enough to take care of you and your family if you have one then you are on the right road!

That depends on what I want at the moment. The work i recently do is something i never do before and has nothing to do with my major. I didn't require too much on the salary when i first apply for this job because i want the chance to be in this vocation experience.I will resign when i learn enough and go to the second step of my plan, that's more about money.

For me, it doesn't matter how much I earn at work when I love what I'm doing. It doesn't need to be so much, as long as it's fair compensation and I have a few extra for things I like a hobby or something.
I remember one famous TV host in the US who's been in the business for more than a decade, or two, I think. I believe his salary is 17 million dollars, I'm not sure of the terms if it's per episode or per month. Still, he's asking for a raise or he'll leave. In my opinion, I think he loves his job because he's been doing it for years and he's good at it. Why ask for more? What could he possible do with more money when he's already got much? His current salary is more than adequate. I can't understand it, really.

Hmmm... if a person loves for what he is doing then definitely he would not think of money. Subjectively, he would be satisfied of what he had. The person would not think about his money all the time and he would not think of what would happen in the future. Money is not that matters to him while a person who are ambitious and think his future all the time, and worries too much about money even if he was sorrounded by the perfect people within his work --- objectively, he would find a better job with better opportunity because for him that would be perfect.

I think that this depends on the situation. When you are young and you do not have mouths to feed then it is okay to enjoy what you do even if it does not pay that much. But when you start a family, this changes the story. The feeling to provide just gets into you so I think it would help to work hard when you are young so that you could save money to start a business so that when you become a family man, you will not be so stressed about your responsibilities.

If the job that i was currently working at had all of the qualities in a job that anyone could ever ask for but did not have an exceptional pay, advancement opportunities, or benefits then I would probably still be searching for a better opportunity.
