I woke up with the worst dream that one could have. In my dream, my hubby died and the feeling of loss was still fresh the moment I opened my eyes and what a relief to realize that everything was just a dream, a very bad one. Thus, makes me wonder why are we dreaming this kind of dreams? How do we do it? What 'ya think and what yours?

I think it really has a lot to do with what is going on in our mind. In fact, in many ways, it has every thing to do with what is going on in our minds, right in our heads. There are many times where I think that we have some extremely troubled thoughts and that leads us to a lot of nightmares. Perhaps it is the fact that there is a lot of deep rooted insecurities coming right to life and the worst case scenarios playing out in our mind right before our thoughts in the world of dreams.
There are many times where we drift off to sleep but it is a very troubled sleep. There are some good thoughts, some bad thoughts, and whatever area of thoughts dominates is what indicates what happens what we are sleep. Sometimes it is just a big void, which is a balanced perspective, but other times, we are rather troubled and have some nightmares. It is very fascinating to think about.

It's just so amazing how it actually happens. It's like that our mind is creating a story for a movie or maybe the things that won't happen or won't be happening in real life actually happen in our dreams. Someone told me that one can actually dream when he is not really in deep sleep. I just wanna really understand the mystery of dreaming.
