Facebook is not just a Social Site

I use facebook because it connect me to my friend and I can find some of my old friend. I can share what I feel, get news, good information and up date of my friends. In other way, there're several chase of facebook abuse for crime aims. I really sad about that, but... just be carefull and dont easy believe to the stranger in your facebook account. All in internet is not safe at all, so we must clever to use it.

I enjoy Facebook (their games)... I really enjoy their games. I'm so addicted on one of Facebook games, Ninja Saga.. And also I use Facebook to connect with my friends as well as meeting other people.. It is great to have Facebook account.

I only opened an account for a business requirement. I would rather be at Mylot or a lot of other places instead.

Dear friend, I have account there, but never had any problems there. Moreover I could gather lots of friends and it better for information and knowledge enhancement. I feel cyber crime could be in other sites also.

i think like that.. many people use facebook not only like that... many of my friend when had no time maybe to inform to us about their party or wedding, they use facebook as information tool which very effective and cheap

i think people should limit the using of facebook or other social websites to try and stop cyber crimes

Hi. stylewaves. This is very true. Many adults and teenagers are on Facebook. And the more public information that one may share the more easier it is for a hacker or a cyber bully to come after them. Facebook is a fun and great site, we all that utilize this site, should be careful of what we may put on there and what we may say to each other.

Yes, I have a facebook too and this social networking site is very fun and entertaining and very easy to use. Maybe that's why many people get addicted to it too since it has lots of features that are easy to use. But people need to control themselves so as not to get sucked up by this site.. and also be careful of hackers..

I don't use it as I did last year and before, although I do have it on my blackberry and can use it via computer I rarely do. I know anything on the internet can be compromising so it really is up to us online users to be cautious and not give out way too much information. As an internet/computer user we all need to learn all the standard techniques to protect ourselves. I won't say facebook is bad, as it is a great way to keep in touch with many friends and family.

I am amazed at how many of my friends and family have been sucked into the games and apps of FB. I limit my use to keep in touch and updating my friends and family on what is happening in my life. If I were to get into the games and apps, I would never leave the site! I do enjoy sharing on FB and have my blogs connected so that people can read when I post there, as well. I don't know about FB connections to cyber crime but I imagine, as with any site, if you don't protect yourself enough, anything can happen.

I use to get on facebook daily.But now I maybe check it once or twice a week.And then it's just to speak to my sister who lives out of town.Facebook has so much drama on it.

I use facebook from time to time,but luckily I'm not addicted to it and I hope I will never be;in fact,I spend much more on mylot than on FB and I'm going to keep on doing that as long as mylot remains an open site where you can discuss about anything you like and earn money from it,an option which Facebook doesn't offer for the moment.

I like FB. There are to interact on FB, but I found my friends and colleagues there and I love to read some articles recommended by them, look them in the travel and family pictures. I think FB is (also) a very quick information, I personally have read many more articles lately in different areas and I learned many new and interesting things. Sometimes I give myself like or comment, but only when I really like something or have something to say, not bad. (I like that it has lost its meaning, ever do that automatically) Sometimes you put links to an article found funny or interesting. Generally communicate via email or phone, but the FB can send messages as well as by mail and does birth perfectly.

facebook has large network of facebook users it is a very good social networking site and connects to all the people in the world to each other and is better option to communicate our purpose ,so it has advantages and disadvantages too so we should be careful to the suspicious people on facebook they can have crime realations

i have to agree that FB can be a tool for criminals. so it is the bearer of the account who's responsible for all the moderating.

Like a knife it is a usefull things to cut and also tu hurt some one. It depend and how people accept it and to prevent bad thing shold be a method to handle that

To use. I think Facebook is a great gossip. People who are weaker as a character can easily fall under the influence of bad people.
