I noticed that there are some questions that don't actually generate answers here in mylot. Maybe it is by the way I have constructed the questions. However, I noticed that most of emotional questions gets high response.
What do you think? What kind of questions usually gets high responses here as per your observation?

As per my own observations it is difficult to pin point which ones. For several reasons:
Depending on the time and day many are online, depending on the topic itself and the ease to be able to answer.
It really varies but have noticed that issues related to personal lives/family get more responses. Now I may not be fully correct but this is what I have observed.
Some say s@x related ones gets a lot of responses, perhaps but I really don't enter those.

Same here. I don't go to that topic. As for timing, I guess that is one consideration. It does made sense.
Thanks.

Duplicated discussions are a nono and would just be deleted anyway. You don't really have to ask a question in order to start a discussion. There is no pattern in which would be the most rated discussion for the day. Be descriptive and you'll find that people would be all over your discussion if they can understand where your going and your stand in the question or information you have given.

I'll keep that in mind... I would try to be more descriptive. Another, I want to learn how to make a catchy title. I think that is one consideration as well.

Hmmm... you're right. Many people can relate to those kind of topic. Maybe, the attraction of that is because it is not so serious and it is a way to get to know other people, how they feel and find our similarities or differences with others, particularly with other cultures.
Thumbs up!

it depends on how you express it it does not depend on any interest it depend on how catchy your topic is & also willingness of the users to reply to your topics.

I agree. I need to work on my writing skills to improve the way I lay down the topic to my readers.
Thanks for the reply.
