I need advise about cracked kitchen tile

Hi mylotters I have noticed a crack in one of my kitchen tiles,I need to know how to remove it,and replace with new tile,want to do it myself,I can borrow tools so thats not a problem,I just need to know the steps..Can anyone help with this,no rush I have a lot of other diys that need to be sorted out here,but just thought I would see if any mylotters could help with this one first..
