Window has how may files on your computer?

Correct me if I am wrong, but using the netcom3 software to scan my computer it appears that window has about 30,000 files on my computer! Why so many files and are they occupying my harddisk to a great extent?

There are also files on your computer that are from windows it self and everyone have very much files and they don't take very much place on your harddisk. But also i have made much files by myself and if i only type the files aren't big at all. Nowadays there a very much very big harddisk that doesn't cost that much and you can put so many files on it that you really must have put films on it to get it full.
