I dont really appreciate running before. I played different sports but running is really not on my mind. It's kinda boring and exhausting when I see people running. Well, when I work in the Gym most people are into running, fun runs every Sundays, buying running shoes, working out for endurance and stamina and then they are very proud and happy about it. Since I am not interested, I got annoyed talking about running. But then I realised, why dont I open my mind and try it because it might be a good sports. I secretly step on the tradmill and started walking, then jogging and then running. Gradually, I tend to like it and later on love it. And how much do I love it?? I really Love it perfectly in a way that Im more happier now than before. I have more friends now, Im more energetic now, I feel so healthy, and Im now a Positive thinker.

I used to run along with my husband till I read an article that says, running is not good for woman for some reasons which I found credible. Since then I stopped running and shifted to just brisk walking. Well, it did not make me any weaker, in fact I feel even better with this and now I could prove that walking indeed is the best exercise. No much exhausting and yet bringing about great benefit..

I used to love running when I still was in good shape, I could run for very long without feeling tired and the more I ran, the better I felt. But since I kind of stopped exercising as often, I foudn out I would just kind of jo more than run, my heart beat goes way quick when I just ran for a little bit.

I thought that too. But I made it enjoyable by setting goals.. Like finishing laps faster, or running for a longer time without stopping.. Or running until I literally cannot walk/breath. It's made me more happy and a more positive thinker as well.
