I want to make home page and becouse need a home page server. What are the criteria to choose a web server. How do I know how powerful the server is required? Need to have a server that could provide employment while 1000 users.

The easiest way to do this is to either sign up with a free provider (there are several who'll give you web space with no guarantee of 100% up-time) or pick a blogging provider (Blogger, Wordpress, etc.) and use that as a homepage.
Web servers don't need to be massively powerful to handle a large number of visitors. If you're talking about 1,000 concurrent visitors, you'd have to have a VERY popular page to hit the figure and most standard servers will handle it without slowing down too much.
You only really need paid web space and servers if you're doing something specialised (such as ebusiness, running a large Wordpress installation, running a large number of web sites, etc.).

Oh, I see what you mean! No idea, I'm afraid - you'd have to hunt around on the web for specs from other companies, at a guess.
