When I was on a trip in Central Europe I went to a pretty village and took a bus up into the mountains. Up there in that rural landscape I was able to walk and see the beautiful countryside. I could see green grass and a blue lake. I breathed in the fresh air and enjoyed the lack of pollution.
I traveled to Samoa when I was 29 years old. There I stayed at a tiny island with no cars at all on it. I loved the peace and quiet. I found it ever so relaxing and it gave me a clear mind. I took a walk over the hillside to the other side of the island.
