Now I Have a Website, What Should I Do To Monetize My Site?

Frustrated with blog, i am moving on to a website instead.. since i am new, i purchase hosting plan for wordpress and a domain which the keyword is based on research for SEO purpose.
Now moving on to next phase, can i get some advise from websites experts?? what is the best way to monetize my websites since my websites contain referral, affiliate links and products? i do understand a little bit about adsense,CPM,PPC. but i dont really understand.. hope to get some help here!!!

I think the first thing you should consider before even purchasing a paid domain is learn how to build traffic.

i will concentrate on the traffic once the site is ready, now i gotta get it ready with content and the right way to monetize the website..
