Water just doesn't taste nice in most places, does it? Well, it isn't supposed to have a taste but it always does! So add some salt and sugar to it, and it becomes quite drinkable.
What I'm talking about is the basic Oral Dehydration Salts (ORS). One teaspoon of salt and eight of sugar in one liter of water makes the basic ORS. Ready made ORS probably has some orange or lemon flavoring.
Now in the really hot weather, when you aren't dehydrated, this still makes a thirst quenching drink. But you may want to water it down more. When you find the optimum mix to suit your taste, you'll really enjoy it.

I suggest the good old water. Water is a natural thirst quencher. It is pure and good for the body. It help fight of constipation. It is cheap and perhaps free-for-all commodity.

Water is a good thirst quencher so you could put emergen-c in your water and it gives it a fruity flavor. Emergen-c has 1,000 mg of vitamin C and 24 nutrients with antioxidants, electrolytes, and b vitamins, so it is really good for you and gives you energy. I put one packet in my drink everyday, and I never get sick anymore. You should try it!
