Need some good sites that pay well.

I have skills in transcription, typing, and administrative work, but willing to try something new and challenging. Something that doesn't require to pay just to make money. Sorry if I wasn't being specific before. Thanks.

As BrightSky mentioned the freelance sites, I'll just nod and point at those URLs below. I know most of them have data entry, transcription, virtual assistant jobs and a lot of other stuff you sound qualified and experienced in - oDesk even has an Administrative Support category, I think. You're US-based, too, which will be a big advantage - not from the "earning enough" side, since many of the jobs are slave wages aimed at countries with lower costs of living, but from the "US only" side and time differences for things like customer service.
