Sounds like it's a laser printer (since inkjets use ink and older printers use ribbon). Most laser printers have a removable toner cartridge that slots into place pretty easily. You can probably find toner refills, but putting the powder into an existing print cartridge requires that the cartridge be refillable (not all of them are) and it'll be horribly messy (potentially)!! Look up your printer model online and check out the usual suppliers for toner cartridges - in the UK this would be Viking, Argos, Maplin and other such office supplies people. I don't know any companies in Latvia, sorry.

That's the point! To refill a cartridge that the manufacturer makes un-refillable. The replacements cost more than the original printer did!

Ah, but you only need to buy one - a refillable replacement. Then you can refill it yourself afterwards and cut costs.

I wish you success in your search to get your printer toner refilled. But I still advice you to read the instruction that comes with your printer and the printer toner. You will certainly find some useful information that will help you in getting the job done.

Printer TONER implies that you have a laser printer. Refilling a toner cartridge is a job for a professional because of the highly carcinogenic nature of toner. There are plenty of suppliers who will do this (or will supply discount refilled cartridges). Either search your local area for someone who deals in refilled/discount cartridges or look online for someone who will supply in your country.

You have not specified what kind of printer it is. Computer printers usually use inks or ribbon so I guess it's a special kind of printer. Anyway, whatever type of printer it is, if you are able to get hold of the brand, the manufacturer, the model, and the version (if applicable), you can always search the internet for help. You can start with "how to", like "how to replace printer toner for ___ (kind of printer)". I hope this helps. May you be able to resolve your problem soon.

Every printer is different. You can find instructions for most common printers on the Internet, often well illustrated or in video form. On some, you'll always get a out of toner error because the toner cartridge contains a chip. Just do a search for your brand of printer + refill. If you try it, the most important thing is to keep everything clean. Put the toner only where it is supposed to go!
