Do we have to limit the entry of Japanese people in our country knowing they are affected by the radioactive elements? of course we are to consider also our health but they are too can be offended..

In my opinion, we cannot limit the entry of Japanese people in our country. That would be outright discrimination. I have read in an information flier from Philip Morris Philippines that there are already sources of radiation in the environment. We are not just aware of it. In addition, it is in small doses and is not that harmful to humans. Going back to your concern, we should be more considerate of other people. Japanese people have already went through a lot. It wouldn't hurt if we would be more compassionate to them.

but history would remind us as to how they slaved our forefathers when they colonized our country. isn't fair if we just allow them to feel the way they did before?
