How do you balance at all? Do you use some kind of planner, like a calender or phone app? Do you wing it? Post-it notes? Dry erase board?
How do you do it???

I do a lot of lists and someday I will complete them all. I have one kids, one daycare that I run another 5 kids there, appointments all I can do on Saturday we have the chiropractor once a month a teeth cleaning every 6 months. If I have a doctors appointment that takes a lot of planning or if I can I go to the after hours clinic. I write a list for the week usually. I am feel as though I am always behind and never making progress but I do get a lot done and still find time for online earnings. Like right now is nap time this is my break and I do all I can to earn some extra money online for gifts and thing. Plus shopping online helps save me some time. So my main thing is lists and winging it.

I remember it all! Really, I do. Every once and awhile I put things in the calendar on my phone, like a dentist appointment schedule 6 months out.

My calender is my best friend. lol. I use my calender to keep track of times of appointments, when bills are due, and when I need to have things completed. I do like using a dry erase board but it needs to be pretty large so that I am able to fit everything on it. A lot of times if I don't write it down I completely forget about it. I also make myself notes. I figure out all my bills in a notebook, then I can show where all the money is being dispersed. It is difficult sometimes to keep track of everything, but I do my best.

I have a few ways. (1) NOTES. I have a couple of dry erase baords, and if it's really important, dry erase markers can be used on mirrors. So, I write it on my mirror and there's a little reminder when I am getting ready in the morning. Post-its are also helpful, but I use those more at work. (2) Calendar! I write everything down, even if I have already written myself notes. It helps me keep track of me, my co-worker (I work in accounting with another woman, and we have to keep track of each other's appointments so we can prepare), and my family events. It also helps me keep my bills organized, since I write down what is due and when, and then check it off as it gets paid. (3) Cell reminder. I don't use this as often, but if I need to keep a time in mind and I know I will get side tracked, I will set the alarm on my phone so I don't miss an appointment. And, then, if all else fails, I just roll with it lol and pray I don't forget something.
