Barely any responses so far: are my posts just too obnoxious?

Thereis no comparison bewtween myLot and YahooAnswers. MyLot is not a question and answer site. It is for discussions. You do not earn anything for the responses that others post on your topics. Those who post them will earn for them, not you. You can earn by commenting on them and turning your topics into discussions, which is what myLot is for. Maybe you are not receiving responses because you have not commented on those that you have already started?

I will go and see about answering some of your questions if you will do the same for me. I know how you feel about having discussions with no answers to them. I have been trying to get more answers to some of my older questions for awail and I still have some with 0 responses from 3 years ago!

strobe one liners will not get any earnings you must develop your discussions as thats the way to get earnings and also make friends heres as friends will respond to each other. take time to make quality posts as I said before. I have been here awhile and actually right now I am the leader in points also I am experienced so I do know what I am talking about and I do get a lot of responses now. be sure to comment back on the responses you do get as you do not get paid for our responses but for your comments on our responses.you work you get paid I work I get paid.

It is tough when you first get started here. I know. It was tough for me too. I think I still have discussions from when I first started that got 0 responses. There is nothing wrong with your posts. It is just that it takes time to gather friends. That's how it starts. My best advice is that you participate in several discussions and make yourself known. Then start sending friend requests. You may even get some...I'll send you one myself. Be as detailed as possible in your discussions and responses. Also...be civil. There are going to be times when people do not agree with your point of views, but remember that it is these responses that make for wonderful discussions. Provided there is no abuse etc. Take care and hang in there. You'll get responses before you know it.
