nokia xpress music 5320 icons disappear..help!..

recently my phone has worked fine but yesterday the screen blurred and i turned it off..and when i turned it on again, it became fine..but the icons where missing..and i can't access most features and items..what could have caused this problem?..and how do you think it could be solved?..thanks..

thanks for the response manan66..i have fixed the problem recently..i just removed the memory card..then it was ok again..i think i will just need to reformat the memory card..maybe the data there is all clutted up.. :p

Hello dude , just try to make the restoration of factory settings . If that doesn't help you , you have to move to the nearest customer care only
