Is Facebooking Healthy for studies?

I don't think it should be banned, or a time limit set. If people don't appreciate WHY they should stop going on they'll just waste their time elsewhere. Effective time management needs to be taught, and why exactly people need to study sometimes and not sit on facebook.

One method I see is by downloading an app that tell the facebook addicted student to quit facebooking because study hours are about to begin. I have yet to see such an app but I think if the student care enough, it will not be that difficult to convince the student to quit facebook and focus on studies.

Only not banned but there may be certain hours during which to sit and be diversified.However, it can and just learning.
