often we get busy on the day and sometimes stay late at night. few hours of sleep then another hectic day awaits. as a consequence to our actions we might develop hypertension at early age. how about you?how do you manage stress?

The effects of stress can be very good. If it reaches a certain level, we can't do anything. And I do mean anything at all. There are times where people have been driven so mad from stress, that they really do rock back and forth in a psychotic manner, panicking, pretty much losing their mind and any attempts to do something, is going to escalate those levels of stress to new, dangerous levels. Obviously trying to force the issue is the wrong way to tackle this issue. The best thing to do is calm down. Take a nice deep breath. Actually take several deep breaths. Figure out what is really causing you to freak out. Perhaps take a break from it for a while, step away, and just calm down. The stress is not going to go away unless you are calm. You really do need to get calm. Whatever methods you do that, really you need to just calm down. Of course, there are times where stress will not go away right away, its a process.

I am trying to keep myself calm and collective. Yoga seems to be helping along with fruits in place of junk food. As most of my stress is because of insufficient earnings rather then work load, I am trying to put a check on my spending as well, all the while keeping my fingers crossed.
