When do ratings now update?

That number increase when you: - start a new topic AFTER it receives 2 responses (or 1 response + 1 comment) - you respond for the first time on a discussin started by others - you ocmment for the first time on a response on a discussion started by others. It decreases when your posts are removed due to violations. All of your activity creates earnings (if it is within the Guidelines) but does not cause that number to increase.
