Ideas to make referrals for PTC sites

Any ideas where we can make referrals easily. I know its not easy, but any readymade website which gets you active referrals. I know i am asking too much, but dont want to miss a chance.:)

try downline builder site i have got many referrals from them and its good to but yeah to get lots of referrals fast you need to offer more credits than other promoter
credits can be earn through various ways
other good ways is through referrals exchange
and the third would be creating a blog or site then promoting it

I think the best way to get a refferals assets is throught a website or blog.
