Invented Meal!

I feel so bored so I decided to cook something I haven't tried yet. So, I found out that there are many rice so much to fried it with I don't know. LOL!I saw some egg, then a chicken so I strip it make into small pieces, we have plenty of fried chicken skin too . I throw it all away in the pan. I wasn't expecting that the outcome was delicious.lol!

There are so many things that you can do with rice and chicken. I'm fond of experimenting in the kitchen using leftovers and whatever ingredients are left in the fridge.
Every time my husband comes home, he usually asks "what's for dinner?" If I invented a dish, my answer would be "I don't know. I just made up this dish."

I love to cook and experiment with especially leftovers. You never know you might come up with a famous entree. It is through practice and persistence that we learn to cook. Rice and chicken does sound yummy!

Sometimes the most unexpected things happen while you cook. It is good that you have had a pleasant outcome. The only thing remaining is to standardize the dish and name it. Perhaps that will make you famous and earn a lot for you. So go ahead and experiment!
