Since the Royal Wedding is over and yesterday the news like CNN, Fox News and BBC are keep replaying the special event even in our local channel as I watched it again last night. There are other things that I am curious since I have noticed it.
1. I am wondering that how come Prince William have decided not to wear his wedding ring? I have no idea about it.
2. How come that Prince Harry was with Prince William instead of Prince Charles as his father that is supposed to be beside him? While Kate Middleton is with her father?
Well that is only my few questions maybe later on I could add it.

To specifically answer your questions:
1. In case of royal and noble weddings, it is tradition that the groom doesn't wear a ring. Prince William's father, Prince Charles, didn't wear one upon his marriage with his first wife, the late Princess Diana. Also, the ring given is derived from a specific nugget of gold given to the Queen. all weddings rings are made from this nugget. If every couple has a set of rings, the nugget will lessen considerable and there will be no more rings for future weddings of the members of the royal family.
2. In every wedding, the groom chooses his best man. It's their prerogative. In royal weddings, it is tradition to ask the brother of the groom to the task since they know each other as far as their childhood years. Also, it won't be awkward for the groom to stand near him and his bride. In the similar fashion, Prince Charles chose his younger brother, Prince Andrew, to be his best man in his wedding to Lady Diana Spencer. The reason why Kate is with her father is becuase that the father,in tradition and being the representative of the Middleton family, is the one who gives away his daughter for marriage.

Thank you for answering my question.
1. So what is the implication on that tradition for not wearing the ring on grooms part?
2. My another question here is what if the Prince doesn't have any brother siblings. Or let me say even his first cousins are all females and he is the only guy. Who would represent it?

1. It just means that the groom (as a noble and as a royal) can choose and opt not to wear a ring. Besides, the whole world knows he's already married to his wife. Also, the grooms (whether common, royal or noble) might be distracted by the ring on their finger and for comfort's sake, might choose not to don the ring. The ring doesn't really count as long as the couple loves each other and have a steady relationship and communication between them.
2. That would be a rarity. But if it is a for instance, the groom can pick his favorite male courtier or a male courtier who is also his friend and confidant. Remember that the guy is a supporter of the groom and should be at least the most closest male (at least by the groom's standard). If the groom is being wed in another country and is not a citizen of that country, an ambassador or a man of equal position may fill in.

I am afraid I do not have a enough information concerning British royal family. However, I wish the couple a happy married life and I also advise those paparrazi to stear clear of the couple. They need to have a peace quiet live. Avoid media interference into their private live.
