It has to be. People have a too much short memory but Obama said that once he is elected he would bring the soldiers back, he was, time passed, as he didn't do nothing and just some remembered he brought back half, just to fool everybody and it worked.
Now he definitely has to bring everyone back because what they are doing to poor Apheganistan is CRUELTY.
Obama also promised to end seal hunt, whale slaughterer...
He didn't move a finger.
Thank God there's an organization called Sea Shepherd.

No, that's like saying 'when Jesus defeated satan, the war against sin was over.' (It should've-been/kinda-was, but that's not the point). The point is that--just like sin was 'loosed upon the world' (when satan unleashed the Knowledge that people could sin)--so terror was 'unleashed'---an 'enmity' between "insiders" and "outsiders" (an 'enmity' that was always there as sort of a 'fear of the unknown,' but you cannot declare war on 'everything you don't know' ... well, you can; but you shouldn't).
I'm GLAD Obama hasn't retrieved all the troops. They are still keeping 'what we are afraid of' over there. Thus, we are defeated by Terror. If we defeated Terror, we would welcome the warfare, the famine, the pestilence, the hellfire of whatever the Empirical Wackos need to do to gain whatever it is they need.
Luckily, the destruction of our souls is not profitable at-large; so Obama's actions serve 'whatever ultimate secret-organization he's working for' well (The Masons, The Illuminati, Opus Dei, The Jedi Council, The ThunderCats?)

No, its not the end. Its only another small step in the direction, but until everyone who previously supported terrorism renounced it, it isn't over.
I know few Muslims are terrorists. Actually, I've met a few, so called, Christians, who probably are terrorists as well.
I do wish that those people who blame a collective group of people of something, like the Jews being bad because if Israel, or Muslims because of the few wackos who attacked places in the world, would rethink their misconceptions. Until people realize that the actions of a few don't reflect the feelings of the many, there will never be peace in this world.

Hi Tushavi, As long as there are nations like Pakistan,Libya and other Islamic nations who harbor terrorists and encourage them, there will never be any peace in the world.9/11 is just one incident of terrorism , since it was directed against a powerful nation like America it got blown over, but in India we have had many such incidents in Kashmir and elsewhere where terrorists are making life miserable for people. One cannot blame a religion but a few elements who manipulate the religion for their own selfish deeds.Look at Bin Laden being the guest of Pakistan , leading a life of luxury and enjoyment with several wives and the lower downs working and dying for him. Of course finally he got what he deserved...There are several such terrorists including Dawood Ibrahim who are all living a life of luxury in Pakistan and as long as they are not destroyed there will never be any peace..

I honestly don't think that the fact that Osama Bin Laden has been killed will mean that it is the end of the War On Terrorism. What I think it is will be that there will be a new chapter of this war that has been going on in the last ten years. The immediate ramifications, in my opinion is that there are going to be more terrorist attacks than we've experienced in the past few years. Additionally, I think that it means that the world is going to change yet again.

Terorrism will see no ending.I believe there are other forces beside Bin Laden that spread terorrism everywhere. However, i do not want to think negatively on this thing. We have to pray to God to grant us peace and for those people who tries to hurt us or kill us, i pray for God to stop them and forgive them. I hope war will be over, but as long as there are people who are selfish, this will still continue.

I belive it is true. The President went on TV last night, saying that it was confirmed. If it were not true, he would look pretty silly. I am glad the families of the victims of 9/11 have some closure, but that is not even close to the end of terrorism. Bin Laden was behind the 9/11 attacks, but someone will take his place and may have already. The news said in recent years he wasn't in contact much with terrorist groups because he was afraid of being tracked down. Also there will probably be a revenge attack. Security in the US will have to be taken up a notch. Everyone got lax for awhile I think, and now Homeland Security is more essential.
