reservation for backward / myLot

In our country we have reservations for backward castes given by governament in all activites like in field of education&employment .......... but i think it is not the good process for developping the people because now a days that backward people also earning lot of money............... but for people like me an upper caste does not getting any reservation though intelegent................................................................................give reply to my topic........................

its a waste thing... how can u select ppl based on thr caste and creed.. if govt really wanna work for upliftment of backward class it should start providing them with primary and secondary free education... it doesnt make sense of quotas in post graduate studies... i hv myself seen many of this ppl leave course halfway and so we are at loss... the seat just gets wasted whn some aspiring good student could haev studied well with those seat and helped nation... provide ppl with basic necessities rather than starting up this quota things...
