I would like an explanation on what is terrorism. I just read at the Wikipedia "Common definitions of terrorism refer only to those violent acts which are intended to create fear (terror), are perpetrated for a religious, political or ideological goal, deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants (civilians), and are committed by non-government agencies." I don´t understand here why they have to be commited by non-government agencies in order to be called terrorism. I don´t understand either why, if it is commited by a government agency, the acts that cause fear have a moral support. The world should watch out for all forms of terrorism, whether they are done by government or non-government groups. The two World Wars started by goverment terrorism in both sides.

Well all the world is not relaxing and if they would have relaxed then they might not have caught Saddam Hussain, Prabhakaran(LTTE head killed), Verrappan and now Osama Bin Laden. Talibans were dethroned in Afghanistan and so on. These terrorists have their own world and they keep on doing terrorist activities and all the World is taking measures to curb terrorism and see that peace is there. One truth is that there will be always an evil along with good. So, terrorism will keep on coming and no country can wipe out them completely. All they have to see that when they attack they must be alert.

No, I don't think so. I am sure Al Quaida already has a new leader and maybe even a plan on how to continue their activities now.
