Facebook Drama

I literally deleted my facebook and made a new one with my boyfriend because it became too much drama. The sad thing it was mainly from people I go to church with. I did not add many people back on my new facebook page because all they would do is say negative things about others. I like my facebook drama free. I understand a lot of people do that, but I think as a Christian, we should censor a lot of our emotions like that so the world does not see us in an ugly way. We should only let people see positive even when times get tough. Facebook is too widely viewed for us to put mean things about others... and it does not show good integrity to do it either.

Sounds like you did the right thing. Sometimes starting over and fresh is the right way to go. Best of luck and hope that any new people you add see things same as you and he.

I know what, you mean. I am tired of all the drama I see on facebook. Its almost lile people think no one will see what wass written. Alot of what I see is slightly offensive, and Im ashamed of what the younger kids (14 15) are posting. Im tempted to just stop using it but otss a good way to talk to family

facebook drama is just ugh, i mean i a had incident earlier today that concerned about person who i refused to add on my friends list message me saying he will get people to beat me up because of my cousin changing his relationship status to in a relationship to the girl he has i crush, i was like seriously no, dude your pathetic and blocked him i mean facebook has lots of drama and its stupid for it, its rediculious as it has some awful people on that site that you cant evade at times so i get your point of restarting fresh.

Dont you just hate it? Hypocrisy? Jesus commanded us to love our neighbors and do good to them that hurt us, but some 'Christians'just cant help themselves. Gossiping is one of the most common sins that church people fall to, just in order to show just holier they are than others.

It has existed forever, Jesus made fun of the pharisees and called them hypocrites. I just wish people would back off and leave me and other people I care about alone. We bust our tails in all that we do for God, yet to be slandered. Its like people will try to find anything bad and if they can't they will make up lies instead to make people who dearly love God look bad. I love God with everything in me and that is what keeps me going, but if I was weak this would have tore me down a long time ago. I'm just ready for people to stop speculating and help with ministry, so they could really see what I'm all about instead of making lies and causing drama, but to be honest I would rather not work with someone like that at all anyways because the bible says God hates discord and I don't need God to hate any part of my ministry.
