Can anybody explain me how bux-matrix work?

Here is what i got from their how tos:
"Gold Members earn $2.00 for each direct referral plus $1.50 (first level), then $0.50 (second level) and so on"
Is that mean if we (gold member) just refer 1 direct referral (free member) we will earn 2$ and if they refer free member we will earn 1.50$?.
Let's say i am referring 10 direct referrals (free members) and I will earn 20$. Am i right?

so, if our referral not an upgraded member, we will get nothing?.
Oh, no. It would be hard to find a referral who willing to upgrade....

I think i am not gonna upgrade in Bux-Matrix. And i don't have uplines anyway(i am not yet registered).

You can choose an upline later. If you don't have a sponsor or your sponsor is not upgraded, once you decide to upgrade you can scout for an upgraded member to join under him/her. If that upline is good at getting upgraded members, then, you'll get lucky since you'll earn from his spillover referrals.
I am not an upgraded member yet at Bux-matrix since I am focusing more on my network for Clixsense. I started to do some sort of incentive for Clixsense wherein I promote the ref links of my direct and indirect referrals in my blog site. When referrals (direct or indirect) who just joined my network, upgrade to Premium, I will share my banner rotator with them for the whole month in my blog site. So, those who will join may be placed under me or anyone in the rotator. Then, by next month, the banner rotator will contain the ref links of the members who joined in the last month to replace the previous links. Once I have this program going smoothly, I will do the same thing for Bux-Matrix as well.
