There are an awful lot of scams out there, if the website says you will make a lot of money in a very short time it is a scam. There are also a lot of programs that will help you make money on line, with no investment up front. You will need to have Alertpay account as well. Most sites that allow you to earn more, use Alertpay because of the restrictions from Paypal. Also, what type of earning programs are you willing to try? Would it just be free programs or do you have plans to invest as well?
