True anxiety does not really achieve goals. It makes you more nervous. It is horrible to have bad anxiety.

In my own opinion and experience, anxiety doesn't help at all. Whenever I get anxious about a certain thing, I'm getting out of my focus and can't move forward towards achieving my goal. If my mind is pre-occupied by anxieties, I can't think of the right thing to do thus, things that I should do at that time is being delayed. Anxiety leads to procrastination then it leads to not achieving my goal.
In Christian perspective, even Jesus tells us not to worry. He said in Matthew 6:34, "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own". Jesus is correct, worrying cannot add a single hour in my life. Anxiety, makes my life even complicated and it added stress in my life.

Anxiety never helps anything. All it can do is distract you from what you are doing, leaving you with a huge chance of making a mistake. It is best to remain calm.
