how can one be faithful if one is not loyal? being faithful means sticking to only one no matter what and that would take considerable loyalty, lol!

I want both, the two positive attributes that you are talking about cannot be separated from each other because how can you be faithful when you are not loyal? I think the words may have slight meaning differences but it still boils one to being respected enough by your partner to be given the loyalty hence he will be faithful to you.

Neither. First of all if a person is loyal but not faithful I wouldn't even qualify them as loyal that person probably taking advantage of you and if they were truly loyal to you they would never be unfaithful through the good and the bad times. If you had a partner who was faithful to you but not loyal than thats just saying there are not willing to stick by you and thats not good either. You need to know your worth and you deserve to have someone faithful and loyal and if they cant do that than move on to the next. Much love and best of luck
