How to configure TP-LINK (TL-WR740N)?

Hi! to all mylotter. i have a problem configuring this router. I've finish installing this device but there is no internet access. I follow what the manual says but still nothing happens. Please help me find a solution about this problem? I also have a question. What is the best wireless router? Should i still use this product or i have to send it back and replace other brand? i bought this 3 days ago. I read some articles about this product and most of the user have the same complains of me. opinion and suggestion appreciated... Happy Mylotter...
