has anyone received a "queued for payment"status on a ptc site?

I requested to withdraw money on a ptc site last week, and I looked at it today and this is the status. Has anyone else run across this? Do you know what it means? I was already a little skeptical about this site, so this is just adding to the list! Any help is greatly appreciated!
