I couldn't recover my money even after filling transaction dispute in alertpay

Just a month ago i read in someone's blog about how easy you can play with HYIP because even if they become scam you can file a transaction dispute and within 30-45 days you will get your money back.The blogger was boasting how easy its to get one;s money back if we invest via alertpay only.I thought why not give it a shot.I tried a HYIP recommended by friends and its minimum investment was only $1 and one can cashout interest which was 10% per day everyday and get paid within 24 hours. I did so and even after waiting for 3 days i didn't got paid.I talked to my friend and he told me that his money is also stuck so i should first take the screenshot of my pending payment and file transaction dispute.Today i got the reply from alertpay which is AlertPay regrets to inform you that your request for a refund cannot be fulfilled. HYIP mostly have alertpay as payment processor not paypal because paypal is bit strict.I think its easy to fool alertpay as they only care about people using their payment processor not about giving a good service
